By creating an account, choosing a subscription plan, using the dashboard, publishing a resume, viewing player information, or using any paid feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Platform Purpose
RecruitReady Resume helps basketball athletes create, edit, publish, and share a professional resume page. It also provides coach, scout, recruiter, and agent tools for reviewing athletes, saving player profiles, and organizing scouting activity.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for keeping your login information safe.
- You must provide accurate account information and use the website for legitimate basketball, recruiting, scouting, or profile-building purposes.
- Dashboard access may be available before payment, but paid features require an active subscription.
- Accounts may be restricted or removed for misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass payment or security restrictions.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Paid Features
Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. Paid access may include resume editing, resume publishing, public resume visibility, directory listing, full directory access, saved players, and scouting notes depending on your account type.
- Athlete accounts need an active subscription to create, edit, publish, and keep the public resume page live.
- If an athlete subscription is not active, the directory listing may be hidden and the public resume page may not be live.
- Coach, scout, recruiter, and agent accounts need an active subscription to access paid viewing and scouting tools.
- If payment fails, is canceled, or becomes inactive, paid features may be locked until the subscription is restored.
- Plan prices, billing intervals, and checkout totals are shown before payment is completed in Stripe Checkout.
Canceling or Ending a Subscription
You may manage or end your subscription through Account Settings or the Stripe billing portal when available. Canceling stops future billing according to Stripe's billing rules, but paid access may end when the subscription period ends or when Stripe reports the subscription as canceled, unpaid, or inactive.
- Ending a subscription does not automatically delete your account.
- Some account, subscription, and billing records may be kept for security, support, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
- Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or clearly stated in a separate written policy.
Public Resume Pages and Directory Visibility
Published athlete resumes and directory listings are designed to be shareable and viewable by visitors, coaches, scouts, recruiters, agents, programs, and teams. Do not publish private information that you do not want others to see.
No Guarantee of Offers or Opportunities
RecruitReady Resume helps users organize and present basketball information professionally. It does not guarantee scholarships, offers, contracts, roster spots, tryouts, recruiting contact, agency representation, coach interest, or any specific outcome.
User Content and Rights
You keep ownership of the content you provide. You allow RecruitReady Resume to store, process, display, publish, and share that content as needed to operate your account, show public pages, display directory listings, process subscriptions, provide support, improve the service, and protect the platform.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload false, misleading, harmful, illegal, stolen, or unauthorized content.
- Do not impersonate another person, organization, scout, agent, coach, or athlete.
- Do not scrape, abuse, overload, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website.
- Do not use the platform to harass, exploit, threaten, or harm others.
Changes to the Service
Features, prices, page layouts, access rules, and subscription options may change over time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated service and terms.
Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the website, payment flow, features, or legal requirements change. Continued use of RecruitReady Resume after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
