This Privacy Policy applies to RecruitReady Resume and its website and app experiences, including athlete accounts and coach, recruiter, scout, agent, administrator, and other authorized account types.

Information We Collect

We collect information that users provide directly and information needed to operate and secure the service. Depending on how RecruitReady is used, this may include:

• Account information such as name, email address, role, password-related records, verification status, and account settings.
• Athlete resume information such as sport, position, measurements, hometown, nationality, school or team history, statistics, achievements, academics, biography, references, photos, videos, links, and contact details.
• Recruiting-account information such as organization, role, saved athletes, private notes, and related recruiting activity.
• Subscription and billing status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, and transaction-related status information.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device information, login/session information, security events, and password-reset activity.

How We Use Information

• To create, authenticate, manage, and secure accounts.
• To let athletes create, save, publish, share, and update sport-specific recruiting resumes.
• To display published athlete pages and directory listings when the athlete has chosen to publish them and the account is eligible for public visibility.
• To provide recruiting features such as athlete browsing, saved players, and private notes.
• To manage subscriptions, billing status, renewals, cancellations, payment failures, and access to paid features.
• To send account, security, verification, password-reset, billing, and service communications.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve RecruitReady Resume.

Published Athlete Information

RecruitReady is designed to let athletes create shareable recruiting profiles. When an athlete publishes a resume, information selected for that public page may be visible to visitors, coaches, scouts, recruiters, agents, teams, programs, and others who receive or discover the page. Users should not publish information they want to keep private.

Payments and Stripe

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. RecruitReady Resume does not store full payment-card numbers on its own website server. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, fraud-prevention information, transaction records, and subscription information under Stripe's own privacy practices.

When Information Is Shared

Information may be shared only as needed to provide and protect the service, including with:

• Visitors and recruiting users when an athlete chooses to publish a public resume or directory listing.
• Stripe for checkout, subscription management, billing status, and customer billing tools.
• Hosting, database, email, security, and other infrastructure providers used to operate RecruitReady Resume.
• Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the security and rights of RecruitReady Resume.

Cookies, Sessions, and Security

RecruitReady may use cookies, sessions, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, preserve account state, protect forms, prevent abuse, and support normal app and website operation. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect account information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

Information may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for service operation, account recovery, billing and transaction records, fraud prevention, security, backups, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Users can request permanent deletion of their RecruitReady account and associated data through the public deletion page below. If an active paid subscription exists, billing should be ended before deletion is completed. Stripe or other service providers may retain transaction records when required by their own legal or regulatory obligations.

Your Choices

• Users can update account and resume information through available account and editing tools.
• Athletes control whether resume information is entered and what information is included on their published profile.
• Users can manage subscription status through the available billing tools.
• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the privacy/support mechanism provided by RecruitReady Resume.

Student Athletes and Minors

RecruitReady may be used by student athletes. Users who are minors should use the service with the involvement and permission required by their parent, guardian, school, team, or applicable law. Users should avoid publishing sensitive personal information that is not necessary for recruiting.

Third-Party Links and Media

Published resumes may contain links to external websites or media services, including video and social platforms. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and RecruitReady Resume does not control how an external service handles information after a user leaves RecruitReady.

Changes to This Policy

RecruitReady Resume may update this Privacy Policy as features, legal requirements, service providers, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes.
